Description
There is a particular quality of winter morning light in India — low, golden, catching on every surface it touches. Leaves pressed against a window. Dust on a brass bowl. The edge of a shawl left on a chair.
The ground is a soft mint silk-blend, cool and quiet on its own. Across it, a dense metallic jacquard in warm champagne gold builds a landscape of foliage — leaves overlapping leaves, branches dissolving into petals, the whole surface raised and sculpted so it catches light differently from every angle. Flat light makes it subtle. Raking light makes it glow. It is never quite the same cushion twice in a day.
The weave itself carries the pattern — no embroidery, no printing, just the interlocking of warp and weft building texture and shimmer simultaneously. This is jacquard at its most confident: structured, dimensional, unhurried.
