Refund & Return Policy

At Pallav Homes, each product is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product.

• You received the wrong item.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please email us at shop@pallavhomes.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, embroidery, print placement, or texture are natural and are not considered defects.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Minor color differences due to screen settings

• Customized or made-to-order products

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
